Our top priority is ensuring the health and safety of our employees and community and continuing to live up to our promise of taking exceptional care of our clients and being a resource as we get through this trial together.
We have created a business continuity plan over the past several years that has enabled us to shift all employees to work remotely. We are well positioned to shift our work styles to deal with this situation and continue to meet and exceed our client’s expectations.
As of March 16th, we have encouraged all employees to work remotely while continuing to keep our office open to those wishing to work in the office. We have also instructed all employees to postpone all non-essential travel or make alternative arrangements to video conference or alternative resources to continue to provide the highest levels of service and continue to live up to our promise of providing excellent service and utilize our expertise to benefit our business partners. All employees will have access to the same information and resources as if they were in the office and are available via phone and/or email.
