Meet Alissa
Background:
Tenacity and trustworthiness are qualities that Alissa brings to the table as one of Durham & Bates’ go-to account managers for Commercial and Marine Insurance clients. And, when you add the fact that she’s extremely cool under pressure, it’s no wonder why clients and colleagues rely on her for her calm, reassuring demeanor.
As one of the firm’s most thorough managers, Alissa is a stickler for details.
“Every detail in a client’s account or program is worth a close examination. They appreciate this level of thoroughness, especially when they have questions.”
When she’s not combing through information for clients, Alissa could very well be hiking along one of Oregon’s many trails, or visiting a national park anywhere throughout the West. Closer to home, she spends time in the park with her son and her dog.
