Meet Becky
Background:
Becky has senior account responsibilities as the Claims Manager for both the marine and commercial departments at Durham and Bates. Her responsibilities as a client advocate are in the claims area, managing claims in an effective and timely manner. When it comes to clients, some of Becky’s most rewarding moments are when she helps them through times of crisis.
Her first job in the insurance industry evolved into a 30-plus year career. With a large part of her career on the carrier side, Becky’s knowledge base includes marine liabilities, cargo and hull in addition to a broad experience with property and casualty claims.
Becky is an active participant in charitable efforts and activities of interest to Durham and Bates. For fun, Becky enjoys skiing and hiking with friends, or undertaking improvement projects on her home.
